We ship your order within 1–2 working days.

Delivery times:
Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 working days
Germany: 2–3 working days
Rest of Europe: 3–5 working days

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays.

Returns 

Not completely in love? No worries.

You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of purchase.
For items bought during special promotions like Black Friday, the return period is 14 days.

Items should be unworn, unused, and returned in their original Melyze pouch + plastic bag.
We can’t accept returns on worn items or personalized pieces.

If your order included a free item or offer (like 3 for 2) and you return part of it, the value of the offer will be adjusted. This may affect your refund or require the free item to be returned as well.

Returns are processed within 5–10 working days after we receive them.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method shortly after.

Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
