How to start a return

Changed your mind? It happens.

You can return your order within 30 days of purchase.
For items bought during special promotions like Black Friday, the return period is 14 days.

Before starting your return, make sure your items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original Melyze pouch.
Personalized pieces can’t be returned.

• Register your return via our return portal
• Create your shipping label
• Pack your items carefully and send your parcel

Only returns registered through the return page can be processed.

Good to know

Return shipping costs are at your own expense and will be calculated in the return portal.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Please keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

If your order included a free item or offer (like 3 for 2) and you return part of it, the value of the offer will be adjusted.

Damaged or faulty item

No need to return it.
