We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur.

All products are subject to availability.

4. Orders & Agreement

An agreement is formed once your order has been confirmed via email.

Melyze reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:

- suspected fraud

- incorrect pricing or product information

- stock issues

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT (where applicable), excluding shipping costs.

Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.

Melyze reserves the right to change prices at any time.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Melyze is not responsible for delays caused by:

- shipping carriers

- customs

- external circumstances

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it.

Conditions:

- items must be unworn and in original condition

- returns must be registered via our return system

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the return.

8. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time.

We will assess the issue and offer:

- replacement

- repair

- or refund

Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.

9. Warranty

We provide a warranty in accordance with applicable law.

This warranty does not cover:

- normal wear and tear

- damage caused by misuse or improper care

- unauthorized repairs

Melyze is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written permission from Melyze.
